The hotel is somewhat isolated, requiring a car or taxi for access to the city. The building shows its age and is surprisingly noisy for a dedicated hotel, with sounds from adjoining rooms quite noticeable.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel for 1 day, had perfect experience, appreciated its perfect location close to the restaurant. The room was good looking and new-fashioned where the heating worked, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The cleanliness of the room was amazing, and I loved that I could enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine right in my room. The evening meal served in the relaxed bar atmosphere was good, and I appreciated that the breakfast options included hot dishes served at proper temperatures.

The smoked meat at nearby eateries is a total game-changer! Plus, the privilege room's free minibar and Nespresso machine were good surprises. Late check-in was easy thanks to a wonderful lady at the front desk.

Parking costs extra, which feels a bit cheeky. Plus, getting around is a bit of a trek. The location is more suited for rides rather than a casual stroll, and we had to walk 45 minutes three times to get to the city.

Staff very hepful and great breakfast choice

I stayed for one night to explore the nearby attractions like the Peperbustoren and the Anton Pieck Museum. What I appreciated most was how clean and welcoming my room was, with the added bonus of being able to open a window for fresh air. The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and I enjoyed a fulfilling breakfast with hot options that were actually hot, which is not always guaranteed. Despite some noise issues that affected my sleep, my overall experience was positive.

Rooms are modern though dark due to bare wall interiors, small and compact and somewhat claustrophobic in their inability to open a window but o' course has air con/heating. Is a modern hotel built with little that accomodates noise and makes for a noisey stay: voices, cisterns...

Just a fine choice for a weekend rest in Zwolle with very nice value for money. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. Make sure to try nearby eateries for a taste of the local cuisine.

Price of room

Breakfast for 16,50€ is extremely high. You can better go to McDonalds for breakfast

The staff was very good.

I had room 305, and the WIFI was not working there. I then had to work from the reception.

The place is nice, and has everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a bar, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me recover my forgotten hairbrush, showing their great service. I highly recommend it for a city break.
